Supporting Unpaid Carers

Are you looking after someone who couldn’t manage without you?

Our services are for unpaid carers, that’s anyone who provides unpaid care and support for people in the community who are ill, frail, disabled, disadvantaged or have a drug or alcohol dependency.

Events & Activities

Our activities involve carers coming together to explore a new hobby, skill, or activity. This service creates opportunities for carers to connect, make new friends, and access support. Not to forget,  provide carers with a much-needed break from their caring role.

Young Carers Services

We support young carers aged up to 18 years old with a range of activities to provide time out from their caring role, offer one-to-one help, balance their lives with their caring, improve their relationships, schoolwork and support them with their wellbeing.

Elite Specialist Home Care Service

Our Home Care service provides professional, friendly, person-centered support and care in your own home.

Once you have registered with us, you will be able to access our services. We will discuss your caring role to understand the areas in which you need support or help. We will offer you specialist, tailored advice and support based on your needs.

This can include activities, training, benefits advice, help in filling out forms, peer support and provide you with helpful information and free resources.

1000 Miles for Dementia

Join us in supporting Dementia Services at London North West Healthcare University NHS Trust (LNWH) and Harrow Carers by participating in our 1000-mile challenge! Walk, run, cycle, swim, and more to help us reach our goal. Record your distance regularly and participate at your own pace. Your contributions will fund the creation of a dementia choir in Harrow, providing therapeutic music sessions, and support activities at Northwick Park Hospital, including music groups and activity kits for patients. Together, we can bring joy, comfort, and a sense of community to those affected by dementia. Thank you for your support!

Help with your health and well-being

Looking after your own needs is so important when you have caring responsibilities.

We run workshops, clubs, counselling sessions, advisory, befriending services, and other activities. We aim to make you feel better. We help you with stress management, mindfulness and well-being to boost your confidence and positivity.
