Being a carer you go through a lot of life changes. These changes can be overwhelming and can led to stress, anxiety or depression. These 4 sessions will help you to understand the life changes and losses that happen over time like loss of independence, loss of future, loss of relationship etc. Learn how to build resilience and strength to help you to take care of your wellbeing. Understand what is causing guilt and how to overcome it.
