How can the Carer Card help you?
The Carer Card can help you in the following ways:
Recognition: confirming status as a carer who is providing invaluable support to a vulnerable person
Contingency: confirmation of who to contact in the event of an emergency
Services provided by Harrow Carers
To apply for your card you need to register with Harrow Carers. You will automatically be sent a Carers Card in your introduction pack. Please fill in the registration form below and upload the file or post to: Harrow Carers, 376-378 Pinner Road, North Harrow, HA2 6DZ or call us on 020 8868 5224.
